Why We're Called
CrossFit Fractal

A fractal is a pattern that repeats at every scale. If you zoom in or zoom out, you see the same structure again and again.

That idea is at the heart of how we train.

When someone walks into this gym for the first time, they often think they need to "get in shape" before they can belong. But the truth is, the system doesn't change for different people. The structure stays the same. We simply meet you where you are within it.

The same squat that builds confidence in a beginner builds strength in an experienced athlete. The same workout that challenges one person can be scaled to support another. The pattern holds. Only the intensity changes.

That's what a fractal is.

We believe fitness isn't built through extremes. It's built through mastering simple movements, repeating them with intention, and showing up consistently. Small efforts stack. Confidence grows. Capacity expands.

Over time, the changes are profound, not because the system was complicated, but because it was consistent.

At CrossFit Fractal, you don't need to become someone else to start. You don't need to catch up. You don't need to prove anything.

Alex Rivera

Head Coach
CrossFit Level 3 with eight years on the floor. Alex designs the weekly programming and leads most evening classes. Known for quiet corrections that unlock big movement changes.

Sam Chen

Strength & Conditioning
USA Weightlifting Coach and the voice behind our barbell cycles. Sam runs Olympic Lifting on Saturdays and will absolutely film your lift so you can see what's actually happening.

Jamie Torres

Gymnastics & Mobility
CrossFit Level 2 with a gymnastics background. Jamie owns Fundamentals and believes every athlete — beginner or competitor — benefits from getting really good at the basics.
