What we sell

We sell access to coached, in-person group fitness classes and open gym time at our facility in Palmer Lake, Colorado, together with the following services:

All services are delivered in person at our facility. We do not ship physical goods, and there is therefore no shipping or delivery policy.

Membership billing

Memberships are billed [monthly / every 4 weeks — confirm] in advance, on the same day of each billing cycle, using the payment method you provide. Membership prices are given to you in writing before your first payment is taken, and we will give you [N days — confirm] notice in writing before any change to your rate takes effect.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing kyle@trainfractal.com or by telling a coach in person. We ask for [N days — confirm] notice before your next billing date.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access until that date. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not require a minimum contract length.

Memberships may be paused rather than cancelled — for injury, travel, or any other reason — for up to [N — confirm] at a time. Ask us and we will arrange it.

Refunds

If we take a payment in error, or take a payment after you have cancelled, we refund it in full to the original payment method as soon as we are told.

Personal training and nutrition coaching packages are refundable on the unused portion if you can no longer continue. Sessions cancelled with less than [N hours — confirm] notice may be counted as used.

Drop-in fees are refundable if you cancel before the session. Membership payments for a period already in progress are generally not refunded, but if something has gone wrong, talk to us — we would much rather resolve it directly than have you dispute it with your bank.

Disputes

If you do not recognise a charge, or believe you have been billed incorrectly, contact us first at kyle@trainfractal.com or (713) 392-8523. We aim to respond within [N business days — confirm] and to resolve billing errors immediately once confirmed.

Card statements for payments to us appear as [STATEMENT DESCRIPTOR — confirm in Stripe].

Your free first session

The free first session advertised on this site is available to [new visitors only / once per person — confirm]. It carries no obligation to join and no payment details are taken to book it. We may need to schedule it for a specific time depending on coach availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time, but not after a session has been booked with you.

Health, safety and participation

CrossFit is physically demanding. You participate at your own risk, and you agree to tell your coach about injuries, medical conditions, or anything else that affects how you should train. All members complete a waiver before their first workout. If a coach asks you to scale or stop, that instruction is final.

[Insert the exact waiver and liability wording used at sign-up — this section must match the document members actually sign.]

Conduct

We may end a membership immediately, with a pro-rata refund of any unused period, where a member behaves in a way that endangers or harasses other members, coaches, or staff.

Privacy

How we collect, use, share and protect your personal information is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
